The Grill is restaurant theater at its finest.
Live fire on the wood burning grill creates a sensory experience that will have you salivating before you’ve even had one bite of the decadent menu from Chef/Partner Brendan Collins.
The Michelin-recognized Chef offers a menu of steakhouse classics, featuring the finest U.S. cuts of beef sourced from local farms, as well as handmade pastas, and fresh fish – all prepared in our open kitchen.
Dishes such as Tableside Blue Fin Tuna Tartare and our Grilled Meatballs with Lobster Marinara make every table fun and interactive.
Bubbles and Bumps, featuring great champagnes paired with “bumps” of the finest caviar, make every night a celebration.
Tableside presentations of various tartares and steakhouse salads, complement the stellar service provided by an All-Star Hospitality team.
The main Dining Room features a more intimate guest experience.
At the center is a custom made Carrera Serving Counter, featuring a Grand Champagne Bucket, from which we offer the world’s best bubbles. Surrounding it are luxurious, classic leather booths, with modular seating allowing for parties of one to groups of twenty-four.
The Patio offers a shrubbery-enclosed, al fresco experience in the heart of Santa Monica.
