The Michelin-recognized gem in the coastal community of Santa Monica, offers a menu of steakhouse classics, featuring the finest cuts of prime beef sourced from local farms, a premium selection of Wagyu from around the globe, as well as handmade pastas, and fresh fish – all prepared in our open kitchen.
Bubbles and Bumps, featuring great champagnes paired with “bumps” of the finest caviar, make every night a celebration.
Tableside presentations of our specialties, including large format steaks and salads, bring the show straight to your seat.

In addition to our Grill, Fia Steak’s main dining room, offers a more intimate guest experience, featuring 5th generation stained glass and provocative photography. At the center is a custom made Carrera Serving Counter, boasting a Grand Champagne Bucket fit for a Queen. Surrounding it are luxurious, classic leather booths, with modular seating allowing for parties of one to groups of twenty-four.
The Steak Patio offers an intimate, al fresco experience in the heart of Santa Monica.
